Asanas (Yoga Postures)/Pranayams (Breathing Practice)

In this class, a student will not only learn how to do asanas but also how to maintain the physical bodies while engaging themselves in a yoga posture. This will give then a self-realization also towards precautionary moves in their advance practice so if one is the beginner or an experienced practitioner, this training will shape both of them equally according to their level. We can not deny the fact which is over and over explained in the various yogic texts that activation of energy is actually commanding the breath. We live as much as we breath, this a simple statement which if we understand can get actually really deep benefits. This session will blow your mind by just activating your awareness towards your breathing. Prana, a vital force in our body which makes us active and give us enough stability and health can be affected by the unaware, fast and materialistic world so in this session a practice nor will learn various traditional practices of breathing which will increase the health and control of the practitioner on a deeper level. Tho's practices are known as pranayamas, the breathing exercise which trained a practice near with appropriate health, happiness and enthusiasm.
Shat means six and Karma mean action to show these practices consist a six groups of purification practices. In a very simple way, this can be understood as the practices which do the internal purification by cleansing- the waste which is stuck in the body and can cause several malfunctions in bodies. In the practice of hatha yoga shatkarmas are specially aimed to create harmony between the two measure pranic flows, ida (moon nadi), the left nostril and pingala (sun nadi), the right nostril thereby attaining physical, mental purification and balance. The three doshas (tri - doshas) or humor in the body. The Sanskrit word mudra is translated as "gesture" or "attitude". Mudras can be described as psychic, emotional, devotional and aesthetic gesture or attitude. In this specific part of the program, the practitioners will learn different Mudras explained in the traditional practice. The student will experience mudras as attitudes of energy flow, intended to link individual pranic force with universal or wish Ric* force. It will be a heart-opening experience for the practitioners as these practices are a corroboration of the subtle physical movements which after mood, attitude and perception and which deepen awareness and concentration. And this will give practitioners a lot balance to understand the science of the body and energy flow. A mudra may involve the whole body in a combination of asana, pranayama, bandha and visualization techniques or it may be a simple and hand position some mudras will be introduced to the students in this course which will give them a better strength in their practices.
The Sanskrit word bandhas means to hold tighten or lock this definition precycle describe the physical action involved in the bandha practice and their effect on the pranic body. The bandhas aim to lock the prana in a particular area and redirect their purpose of spiritual awakening. Bandhas should be practices and mastered individually only then can they be beneficially incorporated with mudra and pranayama practices. So in this particular concern, the practitioners will learn the different bandhas, so that they can be able to incorporate them with their asana and pranayamas practices to awaken the psychic faculties and from an adjunct to higher yogic practices . There are four locks as per the traditional explanations:- Jalandhara bandha (throat lock), Mola bandha (premium contraction / Root lock), Uddiyana bandha (Abdominal lock), Maha Bandha(Great lock ) Vata (wind), Pitta (Bile / heat) & Kapha (mucous), explained in Ayurveda also attain a balance by these practices according to both Ayurveda and hatha yoga an imbalance in the doshas results in illness. These practices are also used before pranayama and other higher practices in order to purify the body of toxins and to ensure safe and successful progression along the spiritual. Yoga Teacher Training Daily Schedule


5:45AM to 6:00 AM

Wake up & start your day with soothing and refrshing energy of the morning herbal tea.


6:00AM to 6:30 AM

Before starting your practical session relax your mind by the vibration of the traditional yoga mantras and prayers to create more focous in the physical bodies..




6:30 to 8:00 AM

Shtkarmas(Internal cleansing practises) & Pranayam will be very specific for purification of the internal environmet of the body and strenght the flow of prana in the cells. And in this session a Therapeutic approach will be taught to students to learn how to work with people having several limitations.


8:00 to 9:30 AM

Revitalize your bodies by the traditional Asana practices of Hatha yoga and resume your energies to make your bodies more colm and stable.


9:30 to 10:15 AM

Morning meal plays a importent role in our health so a healthy breakfast will be provided to keep the student energised for rest of the practices.


10:15 to 11:15 AM

As a yoga practitioner, one should have a basic knowledge of the anatomy and physiology to work with the physical bodies and also to deepen the practices to while it with the spritual anatomy(Subtle body).



11:30 to 12:30 PM

Philospy is one of the strongest pillars of yoga so the great philosphical knowledge of yoga which is traditional though have a strong presence and importent in modern times and also the traditional knowledge of ayurveda which is also a related science to yoga for healthy.


12:30 to 1:30 PM

wake-up-at-5:45-amA very light organic(Satvic) food will be provided to the students as per the diet followed by yogies. This will be light but nutritions.


1:30 to 4:00 PM

This time of the day student will use for their self - study and rest to get prepared for the evening practices.


4:00 to 5:30 PM

The evening practices will going to be dynamic with the flow of vinyasa yoga. This session will be quiet intensive but energising and activating for the students.



6:00 to 7:00 PM

Finally the ending of the session will be alone by the meditation class to relax the mind after an intensive schedule of the day.


7:00 to 8:00 PM

After finishing the day with the studies and practises natural and traditional food will be served to please the energies.



8:00 to 10:00 PM
